Strawberry cake is amazing. I didnt put the berries on top, served on the side. Also, I bake all the time, the only way to go is a kitchen food scale for baking. Even Alton Brown uses a scale. When you start converting cups to metric, you end up with 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons, more trouble than a bowl on a scale. A cup of flour can vary in weight, but 250g of flour is always 250g of flour, I tested it. Many things I will use a measuring cup on, no big deal, but not with baking. Honestly, if you want to bake outside of a box, a scale is the way to go. And with this app, I dont have to convert all the cups to metric.
